Please note that the following information pertains to an exciting Yoga event hosted by Surya Health Yoga, a prominent Yoga club in Perth. We would like to invite all interested individuals to join Senior Yoga Teachers, Yoga Therapists, and researchers, Dr Jean Byrne PhD and Chandrika Gibson, for a weekend filled with valuable learning experiences centred around the practice of Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
Throughout the course of this event, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the profound practice of Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Moreover, they will acquire the skills necessary to deliver Restorative Yoga classes and Yoga Nidra meditations, thereby enriching their students' experiences in their own classes. It's worth mentioning that this training program can also serve as a stepping stone towards becoming an accredited Yoga Therapist, should anyone wish to embark on that path at a later date.
To further enhance the learning process, each trainee will receive comprehensive class plans, exquisite Yoga Nidra scripts, as well as restorative practice sequences. Additionally, participants will be eligible to earn Yoga Australia CPD and Yoga Alliance CE points, with a total of 15 points available.
Here are the event timings for your reference:
- Friday: 6.30pm – 9.30pm (including guided Restorative & Nidra Practice)
- Saturday: 12.30pm – 7.30pm
- Sunday: 12pm – 4pm
