For those who are eager to participate in yoga classes, Ali Hahlo has provided a convenient timetable for their term time classes in Lewes. The schedule offers a variety of options to cater to different levels and preferences:
- On Mondays, there is a General level class at 5.00 pm, followed by an Intermediate level class at 6.30 pm.
- Tuesdays feature a General level class at 6.30 pm.
- Wednesdays offer an Intermediate level class at 9.30 am, followed by a General level class at 11.00 am.
- Thursdays present a range of options, including an Intermediate level class at 8.00 am, a General level class at 9.30 am, an Intermediate level class at 5.00 pm, and finally, a General level class at 6.30 pm.
All classes, except for the Thursday 9.30 am class, are conveniently held at Lewes Subud Centre, located at 26a Station Street, Lewes BN7 2DB. For those interested in attending the Thursday 9.30 am class, the venue is SoulfIt, which can be found at 47 Western Road, Lewes BN7 1RL.
