Start your week off right with Monday morning yoga from 9.30 am to 11 am. If evenings work better for you, join us on Tuesday from 6.15 pm to 7.45 pm. And for those who prefer a morning session, we have Thursday morning yoga from 9.30 am to 11 am.
Our classes are designed to cater to individuals of all levels, focusing on self-nurturing and providing powerful resources for long-term easeful movement. You'll experience a tailored practice that includes modifications, props, and the freedom to work at your own pace.
At Lyn Olson Studio, we teach practical Hatha yoga, where you'll explore and experience yourself from the inside out. By using your mind, body, and breath, these classes aim to help you lengthen, strengthen, realign, balance, and let go. With consistent practice, you'll notice improvements in everyday movements, making them easier, less painful, and stress-free.
Our classes are conducted at a slow to moderate pace, featuring gentle regular movements, flowing sun salutations, achievable poses, and occasional challenging poses that are approached in a safe and supported way.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer Restorative Yoga sessions. These classes focus on conscious resting and relaxing to restore balance to the nervous system. They bring calmness to busy brains and bodies and provide refreshing renewal to fatigued brains and bodies.
While our yoga classes are currently online, the Restorative Yoga sessions will resume in person when conditions allow. To get started, we invite you to try your first class for free.
