With over 30 years of Yogic and Vedic study, Jullan, an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner and Qi gong teacher, aims to guide individuals on their journey of self-inquiry and finding inner peace.
At Yajna Yoga, they offer a variety of classes and one-on-one instruction to cater to different levels of ability. The classes focus on Hatha Yoga, specifically variations of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Bhakti Style Yoga, incorporating a Siddha and Ayurvedic Science approach. In addition to Yoga, they also provide Qi Gong classes, emphasising discipline over the physical body as a means of attaining mind-body awareness.
The classes at Yajna Yoga follow a scientific matrix of poses, meditation, pranayama (breath control), and pratyahara (withdrawal of the mind from external influences). This approach directs the mind towards the soul and energy point system within the body, ultimately resulting in healing and balancing of the physical and elemental systems.
