Welcome to Yab Yum Yoga - Mosman Park Studio, your new sanctuary for solace, peace, movement, community, and illumination. Nestled in the heart of Mosman Park, our studio is located at 50 Harvey Street, directly above the Post Office. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can truly feel at home.
When you step into our studio, you will immediately feel the calming waves of energy that this space provides. It's a place where you can expand your consciousness and feel alive. Our goal is to create a little slice of heaven perched high in the tree tops, overlooking the quaintest little green community garden.
At Yab Yum Yoga - Mosman Park Studio, we offer a variety of class styles to cater to all levels and preferences. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have something for everyone. From Vinyasa Flow to Yin and Restorative, our classes will help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
When attending your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early for sign-in and orientation. It's important to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move your body in all directions. We have a strict late policy, so please make sure to arrive on time. Once the class has begun, the doors will be locked and only re-open once the class has finished.
At Yab Yum Yoga - Mosman Park Studio, our passes and memberships give you access to all studio timetable classes at both our Mosman Park and Victoria Park studios. We want to make sure you have the opportunity to explore and experience all that our studios have to offer. We also offer a 30-day unlimited yoga pass for first-time studio visitors, allowing you to feel the transformative power of yoga in your life.
Our Mosman Park Studio features a spacious yoga studio overlooking the peaceful surroundings, a cosy conversation and relaxation space, and herbal teas and filtered water for you to enjoy. We provide all the necessary props, including mats, and our studio is equipped with toilets, showers, and change rooms for your convenience.
