The founder of Wonderful You Yoga, Gail Badley, is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. She is dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of health, fitness levels, or age. She started her yoga journey to help with a back injury and fell in love with the practise. Now, she wants to share the benefits of yoga with others and help them discover their own practise.
Wonderful You Yoga offers a variety of classes to cater to different needs and preferences. Their classes include general Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, Yin yoga, chair-based yoga, yoga for older people, as well as one-to-one sessions. Gail is also trained to deliver hot yoga classes and is qualified to deliver a 10-week NHS-commissioned Yoga4Health social prescribing course. Additionally, she is 300-hour trained and qualified to deliver Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) sessions.
