She understands the importance of accessibility and is committed to providing her services throughout the week, being available seven days a week.

Through heightened consciousness and an emerging sense of awareness, you will regain the ability to truly feel your feelings, delve into the core of your suffering, and find your way towards inner harmony and joy.

To support your holistic well-being, Wendy utilises a diverse range of tools, including meditation and mindfulness practises, breathwork, pranayama practises, the eight limbs of yoga, and dialogue-based guidance. As part of her commitment to your well-being, Wendy leads a regular meditation class each week. The free weekly session takes place on NZT Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am and is open to all.
