Join WKD YOGA for the 2024 Wellness Holiday at Quinta da Conceição in Azeitao, Portugal. The club's philosophy is 'Yoga for All', welcoming participants of all abilities. The format includes three daily yoga classes, and participants are free to participate as much or as little as they like. The venue, Quinta da Conceição, is a recently restored 1715 baroque manor house with charming bedrooms, suites, and a beautiful swimming pool. The house is surrounded by picturesque gardens and unspoilt countryside. WKD YOGA offers spacious twin and double rooms with en-suites and wifi, and can allocate rooms together for larger groups upon request. Meals are freshly prepared, healthy, and seasonal, with breakfast including fresh fruit, juice, cereals, and more. House wine is available with dinner, and there is also an honesty bar. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated. The itinerary includes daily yoga sessions, exploring asana and pranayama. Afternoons are free for relaxation or other activities. Additional treatments such as massage can be booked separately, and optional workshops on nutrition, wellness, Ayurveda, sound healing, and Tibetan bowls may be arranged based on interest. The location offers opportunities for relaxation, including a sauna, steam room, and pool. For those interested in outdoor activities, there are nearby beaches, golf courses, winemakers, walking and biking trails, tennis, and even Portuguese ceramic tile painting. The city of Lisbon, with its rich history and culture, is also easily accessible. Prices include all yoga sessions and full board accommodation for six nights.
