Declan first saw yoga as a workout but soon learned it's a complete mind-body experience. With his injury history, he knows the value of taking it slow and steady.

Both Kerry and Declan are top-notch, with Level 4 Diplomas in yoga teaching and as members of the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), you’re in safe hands. Their qualifications are top class, ensuring you get the best guidance.
