In 2024, they will be offering a 4-week Early Morning Yoga Course called “Practise as a Yogi” from 8th January to 2nd February, Monday to Friday, with a fee of $108. Booking is required for this course. Additionally, there will be a monthly meditation class on the first Thursday of each month, starting from 1st February, from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
Booking is also required for this class. Furthermore, a 6-week Meditation Course will start on Tuesdays, from 20th February, from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, with a fee of $99. Another 6-week Beginners Course will also start on Tuesdays, from 20th February, from 5:45pm to 7:15pm, with a fee of $108 (or $90 for concession cardholders). Booking is required for both courses.

For 60 and 45-minute classes, the drop-in rates are $16, with the same discounts applied.
