Wellbeing Warrior Yoga was founded by Sarah, a passionate and experienced yoga instructor based in Auckland, New Zealand. With a deep commitment to helping others find balance and harmony in their lives, Sarah has dedicated herself to the practise and teaching of yoga for over a decade.

Sarah's journey towards becoming a yoga instructor began with her own personal transformation through yoga. She discovered how the ancient practise not only strengthens the body but also nurtures the mind and spirit. This realisation fueled her desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Sarah's teaching style is gentle, yet invigorating, allowing individuals of all levels to find their own flow. She believes in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and accepted.
