Over the years, WAKT Muay Thai has grown in popularity and reputation. In 1999, Al organised the first WAKT trip to Thailand, forging connexions with the renowned Sasiprapa Gym. WAKT even made history by being the first to bring non-Thai female fighters to train at Sasiprapa in 2000. The gym's connexion with Thailand has become deep-rooted, and WAKT Muay Thai takes pride in offering authentic training straight from the heart of Muay Thai.
