Welcome to Women and Waves, a women's surf society located in Newquay, NZ. Women and Waves is passionate about surfing and the ocean, and we have created an incredible community that is open to women of all ages and abilities. Our primary goal is to bring women together through the sport of surfing, both locally and around the world.

Whether you are a beginner looking to learn how to surf or an experienced surfer wanting to improve your skills, Women and Waves is here to support you every step of the way. We offer a range of surf coaching programmes and lessons tailored to cater to different skill levels. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth and progression.
