She discovered Vijna Yoga while completing her first teacher training with Paul Wooden in Melbourne and went on to train with the founder of Vijna Yoga, Orit Sen-Gupta, in Germany. In 2011, she received certification as a Vijna teacher and continues to study with Orit each year.

Antonia, who holds a PhD in writing and is an Associate Professor at Deakin University, brings a unique perspective to her teaching. Her precise, steady, and sometimes irreverent approach to yoga encompasses the integration of postures, breath, and meditation.
