During this workshop, you'll embark on a dynamic vinyasa flow that will activate and target specific areas of your body, allowing you to find ease in a variety of arm balances. But don't worry, we've got your back! We'll be incorporating targeted drills, props, and core work to ensure you find your balance and soar to new heights.
Expect to delve into asanas such as the classic crow pose (bakasana), side crow, elephant trunk, flying splits, and many more! Not only will you enhance your understanding of arm balance mechanics, but you'll also develop strength and confidence that will extend far beyond your yoga practice.
