The “Happy Body, Happy Mind” membership provides access to a range of resources and inspiration for a serene and happy life. The “6 weeks back care programme” is designed specifically for those dealing with back pain and discomfort. “Stress Less, Sleep Better” focuses on improving sleep and reducing stress levels.
The “From Stressed to Serene” 6-week coaching programme offers personalised support in identifying stress triggers and creating a routine to support physical and emotional wellbeing. Additionally, both one-on-one and group yoga classes are available.
The instructor at TreeLight Yoga began her yoga journey after the birth of her first daughter, using it as a tool to cope with the stress of having a baby in the house. Attending weekly classes provided relaxation and better sleep, but it was when she started incorporating a daily yoga practise at home that she noticed significant improvements in her ability to handle stress and be more patient with her children. Yoga created a space in her mind where she could choose how to react to challenging situations, leading to a happier and more harmonious family life. This transformation inspired her to become a yoga teacher and help other women experience the same benefits.
