Starting out in 2020, what began as a small personal training service has now blossomed into a bustling fitness hub, thanks to Lukasz and his dedicated team.
Responding to the diverse needs of his clients, Lukasz expanded to include various fitness classes. Many who joined back in 2021 are still actively part of the TBL community. This success has paved the way for a new location in Goostrey, opening in September 2023. Joining Lukasz are Lucy, Liz, Tom, and Lauren, who will offer their expertise as personal trainers and coaches across both studios.

Both the Sandbach and upcoming Goostrey locations are open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 9 pm, Saturdays from 6 am to 6 pm, and Sundays from 8 am to 6 pm, providing flexible hours to fit any schedule.
