Welcome to Tornado Kickboxing & Fitness, a premier kickboxing school located in New Milton, Dorset. Founded by Sifu Paul King, our school is dedicated to providing high-quality kickboxing classes to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you want to compete, get fit, lose weight, or simply try out a new and exciting way of working out, our experienced instructors are here to help you achieve your goals.
At Tornado Kickboxing & Fitness, we cater to both beginners and advanced students, as well as males and females. As proud members of the Great British Amateur Kickboxing Association (GBAKA), our students have the opportunity to participate in GBAKA competitions and tournaments. We not only focus on developing our students' physical skills, but also aim to boost their confidence, self-esteem, and assertiveness. We strive to attract individuals with a strong desire to reach their full potential in every aspect of their lives.
As part of our comprehensive training programme, we hold club gradings twice a year. These grading sessions give our students the chance to test their skills and be rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Certificates and coloured belts are awarded to recognise each step of their progress on the path to improved health and skill.
In addition to regular classes, we strongly encourage our students to participate in our sparring sessions. These sessions provide valuable real-life application of the skills learned in class and help our students develop a sense of what it's like to apply their kickboxing techniques in a controlled environment. We also organise regular tournaments and team events to further enhance their skills and build confidence in their fighting style.
