At TONIQLife, you have the flexibility to choose the Personal Training option that suits you best. Standard blocks of 5 and 10 personal training sessions can be purchased and used as you see fit. If you want to further customise your programme, you can add more 1:1 sessions with your personal trainer and receive personal support from our in-house nutritionist.
Our Personal Training sessions take place in our private studio located in the heart of town. The studio is spacious, well-equipped with modern fitness equipment, and has shower facilities for your convenience. You can expect a comfortable and motivating environment that will inspire you to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals.
In addition to Personal Training, TONIQLife offers group training options. Our TONIQ FOCUS class, combined with personal training sessions, provides an all-encompassing fitness experience. This package includes unlimited TONIQ membership to group classes, 2x 1:1 Personal Training sessions per month, unlimited on-demand classes on the TONIQ app, and a nutrition e-book with menu plans.
For those who want more personalised attention, we offer the PT LEGEND and PT ULTIMATE packages. These packages include 1:1 Personal Training sessions tailored to your needs, a nutrition e-book with menu plans, and the option to cancel the contract at any time.
