From gentle Hatha yoga and restorative practises to dynamic Vinyasa flows and powerful Power Vinyasa sessions, there is something for everyone. Our teachers guide students through each class with care and attention, ensuring proper alignment and modifications for individual abilities.

In addition to our regular classes, we also host guest teachers and exciting workshops on weekends. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to deepen their practise and explore new aspects of yoga.

For those who feel they may need some extra support or guidance, we have a consultation room where private classes and sessions with our experienced consultants are available. These sessions can help individuals recover from injuries, develop a personalised yoga practise, or address specific health and wellness concerns.

After a rewarding yoga session, students can indulge in a treat at The Acorn Caf, which is conveniently located within the studio. Known for its delicious brownies and superb coffee and teas, the caf provides a welcoming space for students to relax, socialise, and nourish their bodies.
