Tesy Ades, our lead instructor, brings 22 years of yoga practice and training directly from the Iyengar family in RIMIYI, Pune, India. With a year spent in the Advanced Studies Program in Berkeley, California, under the guidance of Donald Moyer, author of "Yoga, Awakening the Inner Body," Tesy continuously refines her craft through mentorship at the Iyengar Yoga Center. Her classes are known for their depth, dynamism, and immediate perceptible benefits, from the physical body to the innermost self.
