Jemma is a highly trained and experienced teacher, having completed the Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours certificate with Distinction in 2019, and an additional 100 hours of training in 2022. She is registered for life with Yoga Alliance International (Europe) and continues to be a support teacher and lecturer for teacher training weekends at the Jyoti Yoga school.
Since becoming a Yoga Teacher, Jemma has been dedicated to her professional and personal development. She also provides one-to-one yoga sessions and specialises in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety from The Yoga Hut in Newmills. Additionally, Jemma offers 6-week Yoga Nidra sessions via Zoom.
