SMYL - Sports Massage & Yoga Lessons was a business owned and operated by Sarah, a dedicated yoga instructor and sports massage therapist in Bo'ness, New Zealand. Unfortunately, after 6 years of Sarah running the business, it has come to a close following her untimely passing on January 7th, 2023.

Throughout her life, Sarah fought against Myeloma blood cancer for 2 years with incredible strength and courage. Despite the challenges she faced, Sarah always had a positive and humorous outlook on life. She possessed a natural talent for her craft and approached her work with a calm and gentle demeanour. Sarah was highly attuned to her clients' needs, always attentive to how they were feeling and encouraging them to listen to their bodies and find the best way forward.

Sarah's warm and beautiful personality extended beyond her professional life. She had a wonderful smile that radiated warmth and touched the hearts of everyone she interacted with. Her positive impact was felt by many in countless ways. Sarah will forever be remembered as an inspiration, always living in the present moment.

In memory of Sarah, her family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all her clients and friends for their kindness, condolences, and beautiful memories. They kindly request that Sarah rests in peace, knowing that she lives on in their hearts.
