Practised in 40-degree heat and 40% humidity, Bikram Yoga replicates the conditions found in India and reduces the risk of injury. The heat allows your muscles to relax, creating greater flexibility with minimal risk. This series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises unilaterally address every muscle, tendon, ligament, organ, and system of the body.
