Sally Rainbowchild, the founder of The Space, has been practising and teaching yoga for twenty-five years. As a certified VCTC reflexologist and massage therapist, Sally is an experienced health and wellbeing practitioner. She is also a trained mental health first-aider with MHFA England.
The Space studio and treatment room are conveniently located in Shaftesbury, with easy access and parking available in the nearby Bell Street car park. Yoga classes are offered both online and in person, catering to all levels and abilities. In addition to regular classes, The Space also offers a 12-week beginners course, providing an introduction to the practise of yoga. Payments are confirmed to secure your place, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are still expected to be paid for.
