Through NLP/CBT, life coaching, Reiki, reflexology, journeying/meditations, yoga, and various energy therapies, these one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Anne Wilson Blacklock brings her personal journey and understanding of energy therapy to create a safe and luxurious environment for clients to connect with themselves and experience deep healing and self-development.

The tranquil environment, just by the coast in Cumbria, is designed to help you relax and unwind. Consultations take place on plush comfy sofas, where you can enjoy a warm, herbal tea. Mindfully, you and Anne will work together to bring peace, order, and direction to your mind and create space for new chapters in your life.

For those unable to visit The Sanctuary in person, remote sessions are also available via Zoom. No matter where you are in the world, you can still experience the transformative energy treatments offered by The Sanctuary. Whether in-person or remote, each session combines energy therapy with other healing modalities to provide a bespoke and personalised treatment that suits your needs.
