Chelsea’s got an impressive background – she's a sports and remedial massage therapist and Ayurveda yoga practitioner. She even trained in Yoga Therapy in India! Along with receiving top-notch training in London and currently studying osteopathy, Chelsea brings a mix of Eastern and Western techniques to help you out.
Joining Chelsea is Jack Martin, the co-founder and design whizz, and Jenni Tame, who’s a specialist in reflexology, Tui Na, and Ayurveda. Together, they’ve created a cosy and supportive environment where you can relax and recharge.
