Hi there! Welcome to The Personal Empowerment Studio, located in Mount Forest. Our studio is dedicated to helping individuals unleash their power through fitness classes, workshops, and empowerment sessions.
Our youth fitness classes are designed to help kids be the best they can be. Led by experienced instructors, these classes incorporate elements of yoga in a fun and engaging way that gets children moving, singing, and laughing. We believe that movement is essential for kids, and our classes provide a safe and welcoming environment for children of all ages.
The Personal Empowerment Studio is owned by Melanie Needham, a passionate yoga practitioner who discovered the transformative power of yoga during tough times in her life. After earning her 200-hour yoga certification and a certificate in Kids Yoga and Meditation, Melanie decided to share her love for yoga with the community. She is dedicated to creating a space where everyone can feel empowered and supported on their wellness journey.
In addition to youth fitness classes, we also offer adult classes like Ride The Rhythm Spin Class. Led by instructor Teresa Viana, these high-energy classes combine indoor cycling with music and lights for a fun and effective workout. Teresa is dedicated to helping her students strengthen their minds, bodies, and souls through a combination of choreography, sprints, climbs, and strength training.
