The Peace Pyramid is a yoga instructor based in Wareham, New Zealand, founded and operated by Lisa Hardisty. Lisa is an experienced Energy and Multi-Dimensional Healer, a fully-qualified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Practitioner, Life Coach, and Mentor. She draws upon her extensive knowledge and experiences gained through her travels within the healing field to bring a unique and holistic approach to her teachings.
At The Peace Pyramid, Lisa incorporates various tools and practises such as life coaching, counselling skills, gentle mindful movement, guided meditation, crystal healing, and more to support her students' journeys towards peace, wellbeing, and wholeness. She believes in the power of combining different modalities to create a comprehensive healing experience for her clients.
In addition to regular yoga classes, Lisa also offers workshops, retreats, and special events to further deepen and expand the practise. These include the “Unite to Self Workshop,” which features gentle mindful movement and guided meditation, the “2-Day Silent Mindfulness Retreat” at the Bournemouth Westcliff Hotel, and the “Let's Connect – Walk In Nature Group” at the RSPB Arne, among others.
One of the unique offerings at The Peace Pyramid is the “Crystal Healing Mother Earth Meditation Group,” where participants connect their consciousness and awareness to heal using crystal wisdom and send healing prayers and gratitude for Mother Earth. The group creates sacred grids to support this divine energy work, exploring different grids and places that require healing. This group meets fortnightly and participants are encouraged to bring their own crystals and an open mind to experience healing for peace.
The Peace Pyramid also hosts a “Peace Meditation with Crystals Circle” at the New Forest Tree of Life. This one-hour lunchtime meditation group provides individuals with an opportunity to connect with their inner peace while exploring the magical properties of crystals.
