Bec, the personal trainer, is a busy Mum-of-two, makeup artist, women's health and fitness coach, and Lilybod activewear partner. Prior to working with each client, she takes the time to understand their current health status and establishes realistic goals for their coaching journey. Her training sessions heavily emphasise strength and resistance training, complemented by pilates-style core work. This combination helps clients achieve a leaner, toned, and feminine physique while also enhancing posture, bone density, functionality, and self-esteem.

In addition to fitness coaching, Bec also offers health coaching services focusing on whole, plant-based foods that nourish, cleanse, and heal the body naturally. Instead, she teaches clients how to embrace abundance in their diet and educates them on foods to increase and decrease in a sustainable and enjoyable manner.
