Founded by Arkadiusz, a former professional Polish volleyball player turned entrepreneur, the club aims to grow the sport of volleyball in Australia and create an inclusive community where people of all ages, skills, and nationalities can come together to enjoy the game.

Arkadiusz, or Eric as he prefers to be called, brings his wealth of experience as a former player for Poland's National Volleyball Team (U16) and ZAKSA Volleyball Club. Currently, he serves as the assistant coach at Bogdanka LUK Lublin volleyball club in Poland, which competes in PlusLiga, the highest level of men's professional volleyball in Poland. With Poland being one of the strongest teams in the world, Eric is determined to share his passion for the sport and help players master their skills at the International Volleyball Club.
