Located at the Matchworks on Speke Road, this is your go-to spot for a fantastic climbing experience, no matter your skill level. With top-notch facilities, a strength training gym, and a cosy coffee shop, it's a great place to push your limits, fine-tune your climbing, and relax with a coffee after a good climb.
One of the standout features here is the Kilter Board, the only one in the North West! It's a real game-changer, offering a challenging and varied climbing experience with routes and angles that keep things fresh and exciting.
For those new to the sport, The Climbing Hangar Liverpool South has induction sessions to make sure everyone’s safe and having fun. Qualified coaches are on hand to guide you through the basics and help you get better. They also run group classes throughout the week for all ages and skill levels, which are included with your entry fee. It’s a great opportunity to learn from experienced climbers, meet new friends, and polish your skills in a supportive environment.
There's a retail store with all the climbing gear you might need, and the gym also has changing rooms, showers, and lockers (remember to bring a padlock). On-site parking and bike racks make it easy to get here, and there’s an accessible entrance to make sure everyone can enjoy the facilities.
For families, there are climbing facilities for kids aged 7 and up, so bring the little ones along for a fun day out and make some great memories together.
