To ensure the safety and well-being of all members, Garston Swimming Club follows and adheres to Swim England's safeguarding procedures. From 1st January 2024, there will be changes to these procedures, including the requirement for safeguarding training from age 16 and the use of designated Swim England Safeguarding courses. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure that their DBS and Safeguarding training is up-to-date and compliant with the new procedures.
Garston Swimming Club also hosts regular galas and fixtures for swimmers to showcase their skills and compete against other clubs. Results and times from these events can be found on the club's website, password-protected for members only.
