Welcome to The Birthing Well, a childbirth class and yoga studio located in Glasgow, UK. Rose, the founder of The Birthing Well, is a midwife, mum, and yogi who is passionate about supporting new mothers and families on their journey through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

At The Birthing Well, Rose offers a variety of classes and courses including pregnancy yoga, antenatal classes, hypnobirthing, and mum & baby yoga classes. These classes provide a warm, relaxed, and safe environment for expectant mothers to move through their pregnancy, learn about birth, and build their confidence. The aim is to support women and birthing people on the path to a positive birth experience.

Rose's pregnancy yoga classes are highly recommended by previous participants. They are enjoyable and relaxing, and Rose personalises the experience to cater to each individual's needs at every stage of pregnancy. Alongside yoga, Rose also offers hypnobirthing courses which are informative, and help expecting parents feel prepared and relaxed about giving birth. These classes are especially beneficial for first-time parents.

In addition to pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing, Rose is currently training to become an IBCLC Lactation Consultant. As a result, she is now offering private breastfeeding support, further solidifying her commitment to supporting new mothers and families.
