SARAH JAMES (RYT-200) Sarah discovered yoga while studying at university and quickly fell in love with the practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Vinyasa yoga in Bali, Indonesia, where she learned to blend dynamic movement with breath awareness. Sarah's classes are designed to challenge students both physically and mentally, while also providing a space for relaxation and inner peace. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all her students.
