The project, led by the talented Brazilian Yoga teacher Cainara, in collaboration with Kids Yoga Lab, aims to create moments of connection and harmony within households.

Through the project, families will have access to exclusive kids' yoga sessions that promote well-being in a fun and engaging way. Participants will also receive a manual with evidence-based protocols to support the mental health of the entire family. This project is designed to help mothers, wives, and friends reconnect with themselves and bond with their children in a meaningful way.
