Braced as a teenager due to scoliosis, wearing a full-body brace for 23 hours a day for three years. Seeking a form of exercise that would strengthen her body from the inside out, Tamara discovered Pilates and was amazed by its profound effects, not just for her scoliosis spine, but for overall physical and mental wellbeing. This led her to become a qualified teacher with the Australian Pilates Method Association and establish T Form Pilates in Hawksburn in 2015.
