The training will consist of one weekend a month face-to-face sessions, along with reading, group work, online activities, and practical assessments. The course is divided into two 6-month periods, allowing participants to either focus on deepening their practice or work towards obtaining their teaching accreditation.
This comprehensive curriculum also meets the requirements for level 1 Teacher Membership with Yoga Australia. To enrol in the course, students must commit to attending formal practice sessions twice a week at a convenient studio.
