Conveniently located opposite the Green Square cafés, it's a place where community members often gather after a class. The studio itself exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, encouraging practitioners to leave the outside world behind and simply be present.
The studio comprises two distinctive spaces. The Lotus Room, the original home studio that opened in August 2015, is a light-filled haven. Here, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative practises take place. This space is also used for weekly Mobility and Free Community classes, which are open to all.
The Buddha Room, the recently opened upstairs space, offers a unique experience with its airy ambiance that feels almost heavenly. Pilates, Barre, and various other traditional practises are held in this room. It is also the designated area for courses, workshops, private tuition, and houses a treatment room for Massage or Reiki sessions.
