Tai Chi Celbridge - Master Ding Academy traditional Tai Chi Chuan is a reputable and well-established Tai Chi school located in Celbridge. The school offers traditional Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung meditation classes for adults. The school hosts six-week adult introductory courses throughout the year, with each class running for 1 hour. The introductory course costs 70 and requires advance booking. Classes are held on Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8pm at Scoil na Mainistreach in Celbridge. Upon completion of the introductory course, students have the option to continue with weekly classes that run for 90 minutes.
Led by qualified Master Ding Academy Instructor, Robert Waterhouse, the classes are non-competitive, informal, relaxed, and enjoyable. Students are encouraged to attend all classes in the 6-week course to learn different movements each week. Home practise between classes is also recommended to enhance learning and progress.
