Kildare, Established 1992. The main focus at the school is ballet training, welcoming all children who wish to enjoy one class per week, as well as students who wish to train more often. The school has seen many students go on to pursue careers in dance, with training for examinations from The Irish Board of Dance Performance (IBDP), Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).
Celbridge School of Ballet mounts a show every three years, providing children and students the opportunity to perform in a theatre setting. Senior students are encouraged to audition for and perform with the Irish National Youth Ballet and the Dublin Youth Dance Company. The school offers RAD Vocational Syllabi from Intermediate Foundation through to Advanced Two levels, with former students going on to study at prestigious institutions such as The Royal Ballet School, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.
