Founded by Lyn Jordan, a dedicated Kinesiologist, Reiki practitioner, and Yoga teacher, symmetry & balance offers a unique blend of treatments and practises to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
Lyn is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and guiding them to become the best version of themselves. With a deep commitment to helping individuals find joy and passion, she combines the principles of Kinesiology, Reiki, and Yoga to assist clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving balance in all aspects of life.
Kinesiology is a powerful tool that allows individuals to uncover and address the blockages that hinder personal growth and prevent them from reaching their full potential. At symmetry & balance, Yoga sessions are taught in the style of Bhava Yoga, a unique practise that combines graceful transitions, breath work, and creative visualisation. Reiki, an ancient healing method, is also offered at symmetry & balance. By harnessing universal life energy, Reiki promotes healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level, guiding individuals back to a state of health and wholeness.
Lyn's journey in wellness and healing began with a background in science, having obtained a BSc in Chemistry. After exploring various fields such as pharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring, and analytical consulting, she discovered her true calling in holistic therapies. Combining her scientific knowledge with her passion for helping others, Lyn has created a nurturing space where individuals can embark on their own transformative journeys.
In the spirit of reconciliation, symmetry & balance pays homage to the traditional landowners, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. The centre acknowledges their connexion to the country and recognises the importance of their culture and heritage.
