As a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), Kylie brings a deep understanding of the therapeutic benefits of yoga and tailors her teachings to suit the unique needs of expectant mothers.
The studio strives to create a trauma-informed environment where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered. With a profound understanding of the Panca Koshas, the five layers of our being, Kylie guides her students through transformative practises such as cyclic meditation for sleep and releasing deep-seated tension in the nervous system. The Trauma-Informed Principles followed at Sydney Pregnancy Centre ensure that all classes and therapies are delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
