Third, there are low-impact classes tailored for pre and postnatal women, focusing on posture, toning, and relaxation – a perfect 'Me Time' session for any woman.
Tatiana also offers a varied 30-minute workout at Sweaty Gym for all women, whether you're exercising with your little one or even with a baby bump.
With two trained instructors, Sweaty Mama Cambridge ensures you and your child are taken care of during these engaging and effective sessions – no need for childcare!
