Amanda Turner, your dedicated organiser, extends a warm welcome to you all. Camrowers, a unique sculling club on the scenic River Cam in Cambridge, is here to offer recreational rowing for those over 40. Open three mornings a week, the well-equipped boathouse provides a supportive space for rowers of every skill level.

At Camrowers, Amanda ensures it's never too late to start rowing. Complete beginners and those looking to refresh their skills are all welcome. With a focus on fitness and enjoyment, the club is open to anyone with a reasonable fitness level, regardless of age. Amanda takes pride in fostering a friendly and fun community spirit.

To help you decide if rowing is the sport for you, Amanda and her team offer a free taster session. Experience rowing firsthand before deciding to join. Should you become a member, British Rowing Qualified Coaches will provide individual coaching tailored to your needs, whether you're a novice or looking to refine your technique.
