He is joined by a team of talented instructors, including Daniel Easton, Adrian O'Brien, and Dave Blunden, who hold 3rd and 2nd Dan ranks respectively.

Aikido is often referred to as the “thinking person's martial art” due to its emphasis on mental and spiritual growth. The practise of Aikido helps build confidence, learn self-defence techniques, keep fit, and have fun. It is not a competitive or aggressive martial art but rather a way to avoid conflict and find peaceful resolutions.
The club offers a range of Aikido classes suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Classes are held every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Coldharbour Village Hall. The cost of each class is $10. 00, with discounted rates of $7.
50 for students and other concessions available. The first lesson is free, allowing newcomers to experience the benefits of Aikido firsthand.
