In Chakra Balancing Yoga classes, we explore each chakra through various yoga poses and sequences, pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra chanting, meditation, and specific visualisations. The aim is to balance and activate each chakra, promoting harmony and vitality within the body and mind.
Classes can vary in intensity from slow-paced and introspective to more dynamic and energising, depending on the focus chakra of the day. All levels are welcome, as modifications and variations are provided to cater to individual needs.
Gentle Yoga – Suitable for beginners and those seeking a gentle practise Gentle yoga is a slower-paced practise that focuses on stretching, relaxation, and breath awareness. It is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a more gentle and nurturing approach to their yoga practise. The class incorporates gentle movements, seated and reclining poses, breath work, and relaxation techniques to help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. It is a great option for those who may have physical limitations or injuries, or for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress.
All levels are welcome.
Prenatal Yoga – A practise tailored for expectant mothers Prenatal yoga is a practise specifically designed to support and nurture expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. The class incorporates gentle and safe yoga postures, modified to accommodate the changes and needs of the body during pregnancy. It focuses on strengthening the body, improving flexibility and posture, relieving common pregnancy discomforts, and promoting relaxation and connexion with the growing baby. The class also incorporates breath awareness, gentle stretching, and relaxation techniques to help prepare the mind and body for labour and childbirth.
It is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Yin Yoga A meditative practise with long-held poses Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practise that involves holding poses for an extended period of time, typically 3 to 5 minutes or longer. It targets the deeper connective tissues and fascia of the body, rather than the muscles, and aims to increase flexibility and release tension. The practise is characterised by its stillness, allowing practitioners to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and surrender. It is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and provides a balance to more dynamic and active styles of yoga.
Kids Yoga – An engaging and fun practise for children Kids yoga classes are a vibrant and interactive way to introduce children to the benefits of yoga. The classes incorporate age-appropriate yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, games, storytelling, and creative movement to engage and inspire children. The practise helps children develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, and concentration, while also promoting mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and self-expression. Classes are designed to be fun, nurturing, and inclusive, creating a positive environment for children to explore and embrace their unique potential.
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending a scheduled class. However, to ensure the smooth running of our studio, we kindly request that you adhere to our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on our waiting list.
If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time, or if you do not show up without prior notice, you will be charged for the class. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

- Mum & Baby Massage + Yoga: A nurturing and bonding course for new mothers and their babies, combining baby massage techniques and gentle postnatal yoga.
- Baby Massage Series: A series of classes dedicated to teaching parents the art of baby massage, promoting relaxation and well-being for both parent and baby.
- Intro Class: A one-time class designed for those who are new to yoga and want to dip their toes into the practise before committing to a regular class.
- Monthly Toddler Yoga Class: An engaging and playful yoga class for toddlers, incorporating movement, creativity, and mindfulness.
