Summer Yoga Retreat

Set just outside Salcombe, these 3-night 're-wilding' retreats are perfect for those who love the outdoors and want to immerse themselves in the stunning Devonshire countryside. Participants can practice yoga in a beautiful Devon barn, hike the cliff tops, or join wild swimming and paddleboarding experiences. The retreat takes place at a National Trust property with furnished bell tents, a cottage that sleeps 6 people, a yoga barn, dining barn, and amazing sea views. This is the ultimate mix of activity and relaxation, allowing participants to revitalise in the fresh sea air, feel the sun and salt spray on their skin, relax during multiple yoga classes, and take an invigorating dip in the ocean. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels and experience, with small groups ensuring a personal experience. Prior to the retreat, participants can privately discuss their ability and health concerns with Natalie, the instructor, for tailored adaptations. The yoga sessions will take place in the picturesque Swallows Nest, a beautiful old Devon barn with a log burner set high up on the coastline outside Salcombe. Participants will also have the opportunity to hike along the world-famous South West Coast Path, trekking across rolling fields and dramatic cliff tops of South Devon. Thermos flasks and snacks are provided, and the pace allows for leisurely breaks in hidden coves and beaches. Decent hiking shoes, a sturdy backpack, and waterproofs are recommended. For the adventurous, there will be opportunities for memorable and invigorating wild swimming experiences, as well as paddleboarding.
