Join Melanie Willsher Yoga and Dr Pema Clark for a rejuvenating Summer Solstice Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat from June 21st to June 23rd, 2024. This weekend getaway is all about deepening your practice and treating yourself to some self-care. Melanie will guide you through yoga sessions, while Dr Pema Clark will lead Buddhist mindfulness sessions.
The retreat will be held at Swanton Novers Village Hall, situated at 45 St Giles Street in Melton Constable, north Norfolk. Throughout the weekend, participants can indulge in three delicious vegetarian lunches, including a special olive oil tasting on Saturday, June 22nd. There will also be opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities like local walks and swims.

The cost for the entire retreat is £245. To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of £60 is required, with the remaining balance due a month before the weekend. Cancellations made after May 24th can receive a partial refund (minus the deposit) only if someone else takes your place. In the event of a complete cancellation of the retreat, a full refund will be issued.
