Join Melanie Willsher and Dr Pema Clark for a weekend summer solstice experiential Yoga and Mindfulness retreat in North Norfolk from 21st to 23rd June 2024. This retreat offers a blend of daily guided yoga interwoven with Buddhist mindfulness, aiming to help participants find support from the earth and cultivate centering through grounding. Together, they will explore pathways to a calmer and quieter place in life.
Melanie, a trained yoga instructor with the British Wheel of Yoga, offers various yoga programs including retreats, workshops, weekly classes, mentoring, a one-year Yoga and Mindfulness training program from January to December 2024, and Authentic Movement in Aylsham, North Norfolk. She also teaches regular weekly in-person classes at her Aylsham Skylight Studio and hosts Saturday workshops.
In addition, Melanie has hosted inspirational guest teachers such as John Stirk, Sophy Hoare, Diane Long, Sandra Sabatini, Michal Havkin, Rossella Baroncini, and Pete Blackaby, who provide a learning ground for opening up and transforming from the feeling world.
